The Mission of the
Clinic of Saints Francis and Clare
The Clinic, a non-profit entity, is dedicated to providing quality
chiropractic and acupuncture care to medically disabled,
uninsured, underinsured or financially distressed patients unable
to receive much needed treatment under normal circumstances.
Whom do we Serve?
Our services are available to the citizens of our surrounding
communities, with particular outreach to those with occupations
in the healthcare, secular and religious professions who dedicate
themselves to the service of others.
What Conditions do we Treat?
Our patients include those who suffer from various conditions, such as:
Chronic or acute pain syndromes
Substance abuse and addiction
Post-surgical pain syndromes
Side effects of chemotherapy
Tinnitus and TMJ
Conditions of the head, neck, spine
and extremities
Benign paroxysmal vertigo
Among the hundreds of patients seen for chronic pain and addiction, nearly 50%
are healthcare professionals, 40% of which are medical doctors.
.
Ways to Help
By virtue of the nature of our outreach to those unable to be financially able to afford treatment, and as with
most non-profit healthcare clinics, revenue generated solely from patient visits is very limited. For that
reason, the Clinic of Saints Francis and Clare is heavily dependent upon the generosity and goodness of others
to continue to provide the care needed by so many.
Alongside volunteer time and services provided by Dr. Gesualdi, his staff and friends of the Clinic, there are
many other opportunities to support the Clinic and its mission, such as:
Tax-deductible financial contributions.
Donations of medical supplies or equipment.
Donations of office supplies or equipment.
Referral of new patients in need.
Assistance with grants, endowments and community support.
Voluntary service on the Board of Directors.
Volunteer assistance with mailings and fundraising efforts.
One of the most valuable ways to act as an advocate for the Clinic is simply by word of mouth – tell people
about the Clinic and its mission. If you would like to provide support, please complete the reverse side of
this page. We thank you. Your warm generosity allows this good work to continue.
