ChiroCare accepts most major insurance plans, many of which have in-network and out of
network benefits for chiropractic care. Dr. Gesualdi is a non-participating provider with
Medicare, but we do accept Medicare patients and file claims on your behalf. The benefits
available under your plan will be verified and discussed with you at your first visit.
Cash rates and payment plans are also available.
Financial hardship patients are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Treatment is managed by the
Clinic of Saints Francis and Clare, a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization founded by Dr.
